Insulation All our Duplex units come with R50 insulation in the attic and R22 in the exterior walls. Enerfoil wrap is used on the exterior walls which have a high thermal R-value that provides outstanding insulation protection, which helps reduce energy costs. Heat Pump All our duplex units include a 12,000 BTU efficient Heat Pump which heats in the winter and provides air conditioning in the summer and comes with a 10 year warranty. |

We choose a 25 year shingle for your home instead of a 15 year shingle so that they last longer and are more durable. We also install ice and water shield eve protection to keep water from seeping through with irregular freezing and thawing temperatures. |

Large 2 car garage with a heavy duty insulated door, quiet 1 1/4 horsepower door opener with external keypad for convenience, greater warmth and power. This system also has battery back-up which allows you to get your car inside or out even if the power is off. You may also open or close your garage from anywhere with Wi-Fi set up. |
